ASEA, supporting African children through education
From Lomé, we work for the flourishing of children in need: education, vocational training, humanitarian aid and child protection. Our projects start with the donations we receive, with no automatic funding.
Our status and our accounts
We are less than two years old. Here are the documents we can show you right now: our declaration, our board, our receipts and our reports.
Declared association
Declared with the Ministère de l'Administration Territoriale, de la Décentralisation et de la Chefferie Coutumière (the Togolese ministry in charge of territorial administration), and registered under number 0550 on 30 July 2025.
An elected leadership
The nine members of our executive board were elected at the founding general assembly, after the statutes were adopted article by article.
A receipt for every donation
Whatever the amount, every contribution is issued a receipt. We receive no automatic funding.
Reports
We decide how funds are allocated at the executive board and report on it at the general assembly. Each project appears with its location and period.

Twinning

Where we work
We are an association under Togolese law, non-profit and non-political, whose object is the flourishing of children in need. Our registered office is in Lomé, in the Ségbé district; our field of action extends across the African continent.
Our work is divided into four areas: education, vocational training, humanitarian aid and child protection. The objectives set out in Article 5 of our statutes set its course.
Outside Togo, we carry out our projects by joining with organisations working in the same areas. The twinning provided for in Article 7 of our statutes sets the framework: roles shared out, common objectives, joint reporting. That is how we work elsewhere on the continent while staying on our object and close to the communities concerned.
