Statutes and documents
The texts that found us, and the documents we make public as our activity goes on.
Our statutes
We are governed by statutes adopted unanimously by the founding general assembly of 4 January 2025, then declared to the Ministère de l’Administration Territoriale, de la Décentralisation et de la Chefferie Coutumière. The declaration was registered on 30 July 2025 under number 0550.
These statutes comprise forty articles in six parts: the name, the registered office and the duration; the purpose, the objectives, the areas of work and the ways we act; the members, how they join and their category; the organisation and the running of the association; the financial provisions; and finally the closing provisions. Articles 4 to 7 are set out and commented on in the corresponding sections here.
The declaration file also contains the minutes of the founding general assembly and the list of executive board members by name. That list holds personal data (each member’s age, occupation, address and telephone number) which has no reason to be published: only the name and the role appear here. A version of the statutes intended for publication will be made available to download as soon as we have settled it.
Reports to come
Our activity and financial reports will be published in the resources section as soon as they are adopted in general assembly.
