This site collects only what is strictly necessary. Here is what is collected, why, for how long, and how to have it deleted.
The data we collect
We carry out no profiling, sell no data and install no advertising trackers. Only two processing operations collect personal data here: the contact form and signing up to the newsletter. Both are described below.
The contact form
Data collected: the profile you state, your first name, surname and email address, together with, if you provide them, your telephone, your country and the information specific to your profile. Your message itself.
Purpose: to handle your request and reply to you. Nothing else.
Legal basis: your consent, collected through a checkbox that is not pre-ticked, without which the form cannot be sent.
Recipients: the members of the executive board responsible for handling requests. No transfer to any third party.
Retention: three years from the last exchange, then deletion.
Anti-robot measures: an invisible trap field and a limit on the number of submissions per connection. No third-party service such as reCAPTCHA is used, precisely so that your data is not passed to a third party.
The newsletter
Data collected: your email address alone.
Purpose: to send you our news.
Legal basis: your consent, confirmed by a first email. Every mailing carries an immediate unsubscribe link.
Retention: until you unsubscribe.
Access, correct, erase
You may at any time ask for access to the data concerning you, for its correction, its erasure, the restriction of its processing, or withdraw your consent. Simply write to us under Contact or to the email address shown in the footer.
We reply within one month. If our reply does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the data protection authority responsible for your country of residence.
