Your donation funds our work in the field directly: schooling, training, health and child protection.
Where your donation goes
We receive no automatic funding. Every contribution serves the five objectives set out in Article 5 of our statutes.
The executive board settles how funds are allocated between the projects under way, and accounts for it in general assembly.
Our activity and financial reports will be published in the resources section as soon as they are adopted.

Quality education
Promoting access to quality education. This is the first objective in Article 5, and the one to which the greatest number of our projects are tied.

Vocational training
Offering vocational training to young people who have left school.

Health and wellbeing
Promoting the wellbeing and health of children in need, within the humanitarian area in Article 6.

Citizenship and entrepreneurship
Promoting inclusive development at grassroots level, through fostering citizenship, good conduct and the spirit of enterprise.

Fighting child trafficking
Fighting the trafficking and exploitation of children, within the child protection area.
Our declaration and our accounts
Our statutes, our board and our reports are public. These are the documents we can show today.
Declared association
Declared with the Ministère de l'Administration Territoriale, de la Décentralisation et de la Chefferie Coutumière (the Togolese ministry in charge of territorial administration), and registered under number 0550 on 30 July 2025.
An elected leadership
The nine members of our executive board were elected at the founding general assembly, after the statutes were adopted article by article.
A receipt for every donation
Whatever the amount, every contribution is issued a receipt. We receive no automatic funding.
Reports
We decide how funds are allocated at the executive board and report on it at the general assembly. Each project appears with its location and period.
Tax receipt and deduction
The deduction depends on the country where you declare your income. ASEA is an association under Togolese law: we will publish the country-by-country position here as soon as its regime is settled.
Your receipt
A receipt is issued for every donation, whatever the amount. The conditions for deduction depend on your country of tax residence: please check your eligibility with your tax authority.
