Executive board
Nine members, elected by the founding general assembly of 4 January 2025, administer the association. Here you will find each of them, how the roles are shared out, and the acts that establish this board.
How the roles are shared out
The board was elected on the day of the founding itself, after the statutes were adopted, by a show of hands and a simple majority, under the chairing of the session presidium. Nine roles were filled: the presidency, the general secretariat and its deputy, the general treasury, two commissioner posts and three adviser posts.

The acts that establish this board
Three dated acts establish the existence and the regularity of this board. All of them are in the file lodged with the Togolese administration, and a funder may request a copy.
- 4 January 2025The election. The founding general assembly, meeting in Lomé, adopts the statutes article by article and then elects the executive board. On taking office, the board undertakes to act in accordance with the statutes.
- 28 January 2025The declaration. The first task the board had set itself, carried out by the president with the Ministère de l’Administration Territoriale, de la Décentralisation et de la Chefferie Coutumière, together with the statutes, the minutes and the list of members by name.
- 30 July 2025The registration. The ministry registers the declaration under number 0550. Since then the board has administered an association that exists officially, for an unlimited duration.
