About us
We are a Togolese non-profit, non-political association, founded in Lomé on 4 January 2025 and registered with the Ministère de l’Administration Territoriale, de la Décentralisation et de la Chefferie Coutumière (the Togolese ministry in charge of territorial administration).
Our purpose, and where it comes from
Health and wellbeing contribute to the flourishing of citizens. In Togo, the public authorities work to improve the living conditions of the most disadvantaged; the preamble to our statutes recalls that these efforts deserve the support of people of good will. That is the observation that brought together the eighteen participants in our founding general assembly.
From that observation comes a single sentence, the first of Article 4 of our statutes: the association exists to contribute to the flourishing of children in need in every dimension. Every action we take is tied back to that sentence.
We are non-political, non-profit, and constituted for an unlimited duration. Our registered office is in Lomé, in the Ségbé district, in the commune of Golfe 7. An executive board of nine members, elected in general assembly, administers the association.
