Citizenship and entrepreneurship

Promoting inclusive development at grassroots level, through fostering citizenship, good conduct and the spirit of enterprise.

Development that starts from the ground up

Article 5 uses a precise expression: inclusive development at grassroots level. It commits us on method: we build projects with the communities concerned, so that they carry on without us.

Article 5 brings two subjects together in one objective. Citizenship first: knowing your rights and your duties, taking part in collective life. Then economic initiative: we support the first months of activity, in the commune where the young person settles.

Funding this objective

We receive no automatic funding: every action rests on the resources we manage to mobilise.
